About the NicastroGroup
Real estate is a family tradition for the Nicastros. For over 35 years, we’ve been in the real estate business in North Alabama. Married for 25 years, Norm and Pam have three children: Marian, Madelyn and Michael. We’re hoping they continue the Team Nicastro real estate tradition!
Norm, a Huntsville native, graduated from Grissom in 1974, went on to receive a BS in Mathematics from VanderbiltUniversity and a Masters of Divinity from Fuller Theological Seminary in Los Angeles, California. After 25 years in ministry, Norm has joined the family real estate business. Norm specializes in investment property and land for recreation and development. His love for North Alabama as a native and contacts throughout our community make him a natural for real estate success.
Pam is from Birmingham and graduated from Auburn in 1983. She is thrilled to call Huntsville home since she and Norm moved back in 1990. She joined Norm's mother, Rosemary in real estate in January of 2001 and has enjoyed success in providing her clients with exceptional service and negotiating skills. Over the past 5 years, on average, NicastroGroup has closed over $7 million of property, in residential, land, investment and commercial properties.
Pam and Norm have expanded their group to include a Buyer's Agent and a Contract Manager, Karen Crippen and Real Estate agent Mary Elizabeth Comulada.
Karen Crippen graduated from the University of Florida in 1983 with a BS in Marketing. She acquired her real estate license in Florida and now practices in Huntsville. Karen brings valuable experience to the group with her management and marketing skills.
Mary Elizabeth Comulada has called Huntsville home since 1980 and grew up in Blossomwood. She and her husband, Oscar, have 2 children. She has had a busy professional life, but finally has been able to pursue her passion in real estate full time at Keller Williams.
